Pinnacle operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each organization’s data is logically isolated using a unique organization identifier applied to every database query. Your club’s operational data (inventory records, member information, financial records) is not accessible to other organizations on the platform.
For organizations subject to GDPR, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available and applies automatically to all subscribers. Executed copies are available on request at legal@pinnacleclubs.net.
We do not sell, rent, or share your club’s operational data with third parties for their commercial purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized data (with no club or individual identifiable) for industry benchmarking and product improvement.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Operational data (inventory, PO records, financial records) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, during which you may export your data. After that period, data is permanently deleted.
We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes) or to resolve disputes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, parameterized database queries, server-side role-based access control, and infrastructure security via Cloudflare. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

The Service is designed for use by private club operators and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
Pinnacle is based in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. Your data is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
