This Cookie Policy explains how Pinnacle uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit pinnacleclubs.net or use the Pinnacle platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and track certain behavior over time. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.

These cookies are required for the Service to function. You cannot opt out of them while using the platform.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)

We use minimal analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site, which pages are viewed, how traffic arrives, and where visitors drop off. This helps us improve the product.

We do not use Google Analytics. If we add analytics tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out options.

Currently, we collect only server-side logs (IP address, page URL, timestamp) which are aggregated and not tied to individual profiles.

Third-Party Cookies

Some features of the Service involve third-party services that may set their own cookies:

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We honor this signal, when detected, we do not set any non-essential cookies.

4. Local Storage and IndexedDB

The Pinnacle mobile PWA (progressive web app) uses browser local storage and IndexedDB to cache inventory data for offline use. This data:

  • Is stored only on your device
  • Is never transmitted to third parties
  • Contains only your club’s operational data that you have already entered into the platform
  • Can be cleared through your browser’s site data settings

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notice.
