What do the setup fees cover?
Onboarding and go-live: data migration from your current system, chart of accounts configuration, vendor and inventory catalog import, and 30-day post-launch support. Setup is $1,500 for Club and $2,500 for Estate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your data is exportable in full for 90 days after cancellation.
Can we migrate from Jonas Software or Clubessential?
Yes. Estate and Portfolio tiers include data migration. We import member records, inventory catalog, and vendor history via CSV or direct export from your current system.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing is available with two months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). Contact us to set up annual billing.
